My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with staff being incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The location was very good with convenient access to the historic center of town. The decor felt outdated, reminiscent of the early nineties. The service was friendly and helpful, yet I found the return policy only in Lei to be inconvenient. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to the city center, but the dining options were not exceptional.
The hotel is in an ultracentral location, between the two most important squares of Timişoara, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, although some additional lighting and sunbeds would enhance the comfort. The service is outstanding with prompt assistance provided for any needs, but the initial interaction lacked a welcoming attitude. The dining experience offers a plentiful and tasty breakfast, yet it may seem slightly overpriced for the food quality. The hotel features multiple saunas, hot tubs, and a salt-water bath for a relaxing stay.
The hotel offers a charming blend of historic charm with modernized facilities. My room, located on the second floor at the front of the hotel, was cozy but unfortunately cold, with the air conditioning unable to provide sufficient heating despite the ventilation operating at maximum speed and lowest temperature.
